Welcome to WIMBO.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WIMBO platform ("Service"), operated by IMAGINEER ("we", "us", "our").

By using WIMBO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

WIMBO is a digital creative platform that allows users to:

  • Build and express their identity through creative tools
  • Generate digital assets such as identity profiles, artworks, and creative outputs
  • Optionally record creative data on blockchain-based systems

WIMBO may include experimental Web3 features such as attestations, NFTs, or identity records.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using WIMBO.

By using the Service, you grant WIMBO a limited license to:

  • Store
  • Display
  • Process your content for the purpose of providing the Service

You are solely responsible for your content.

5. Blockchain & Web3 Disclaimer

Certain features of WIMBO may involve blockchain technologies.

You understand and agree that:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • We do not control blockchain networks
  • We are not responsible for losses related to wallets, gas fees, or smart contracts

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment provider.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Paddle's checkout and billing terms
  • Applicable pricing and subscription terms shown at checkout

7. Intellectual Property

All WIMBO branding, design systems, and proprietary content (excluding user content) are owned by IMAGINEER.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Resell WIMBO assets without permission

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform

9. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify
  • Suspend
  • Discontinue features

at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

WIMBO is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Financial loss
  • Indirect or incidental damages

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if Terms are violated.
